General FAQS


Order Amendments  
If you have made a mistake on your card, please get in touch as soon as possible. We give a 3 hour grace piriod for you to make any changes to your personalisation and shipping address. After the 3 hours, when your order is confirmed, they can not be amended or cancelled as production may have started. 

Order Tracking 
We send all parcels with Royal Mail 1st class, which can take 2 - 3 working days. Larger items are sent with a tracked service so please ensure you enter your email and contact details so you will be sent all updates. 

We advise customers to please be incredibly careful when adding personalisation details to their order, your order will be personalised as per the note on your order, with the same spelling/grammar/colour you have typed/selected. 

Discount Codes 
As our discount codes vary so their terms and conditions. Make sure you check when you receive any code as some may only be valid on certain items and have an expiry date. Discount Codes must be entered in the discount code at the checkout when placing the order.

Scratch Sticker  
We supply you with the card and the scratch-off sticker. You then write the surprise onto the card and stick the scratch-off sticker over the writing. With every non-personalised order, we ensure to enclose a scratch-off information card giving you step by steps.
